Extremely Unsafe, Dirty, and Misleading – Do Not Stay Here My sister and I had an absolutely horrible stay at this hotel in Istanbul. From start to finish, the experience was unacceptable and far below basic hotel standards. The room was in very bad condition and extremely dirty. There was hair and dust in every corner of the room, including underneath the nightstands and inside the closet. The closet itself was broken — the door did not slide properly, and the handle was broken and hanging. The toilet paper holder was also broken and kept coming off the wall. This level of cleanliness and maintenance is completely unacceptable. The room was also very dark because three lights were not working (two in the bedroom and one in the bathroom). We were repeatedly told they would be fixed, but they never were. The hotel photos online are extremely deceiving — the rooms and hotel do NOT look like what is advertised. The hallways were dark, and the automatic lights shut off every couple of seconds, which made walking through them uncomfortable and unsafe. On top of this, there was an electricity outage every single day during our stay. Because of this, we often had to use the stairs instead of the elevator. One day, the water pressure was so low that it was difficult even to wash our hands, let alone shower. On another day, we could not shower at all. These issues made basic daily activities extremely frustrating. The most serious issue was security. During our stay, my sister’s gold bracelet and some of my makeup went missing from our room. This is especially concerning because people clearly entered our room while we were not there — toilet paper and shampoo were delivered while we were outside, and staff also entered the room to check the lights while we were absent (even though they were never fixed). When we reported the missing items, the hotel was dismissive and did not even offer to check the security cameras.

The property is close to all attractions and also close to taksim and the metro station

The staff is exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the location is ideally located near Taksim Square, and the bed was very comfortable!

Its location is very prime, 1 min walk to Taksim Square and Istiklal Street. Staff was very helpful. Neat and clean facility.

The hotel was great, near to the center

We liked that it is very close to everything, you can walk to taksim square. The staff are nice. There's a nice view on the top floor.

The location was great. The staff was really helpful, the room got cleaned everyday. We had everything we needed in the room and every location such as Istiklal street, Galata tower, metro or bus station was really close to the hotel. I would go again.

Great location. The receptionist was awesome. We got every morning a bottle of water. the room was a little bit small for our reservation. The lady at the front desk also helped us with the Taxi ?
